    Calhoun & Sawyer Calhoun or Cal as he is affectionately called is a 34 lb, 7 month old Basset Hound/Dalmatian mix. Cal along with his best friend Sawyer a 2 year old, 25lb Beagle Jack Russel mix are looking for their forever homes. These two 'shorties' love everyone they meet, cats, dogs and kids alike. They are both up to date on shots, neutered, and require an approved adoption application with a fenced yard. A $300 adoption fee is required for each boy.     Dalmatian Dogs can make good pets in New Hampshire if they match your IifestyIe. Dalmatians are energetic, companionable dogs. Dalmatians need to be with people and may become despondent if left alone. A Dalmatian makes a wonderful pet for families with children but should be supervised with very small kids. Dalmatians are good with other household pets but can be combative with dogs they do not know. Dalmatians have a slight tendency to be high strung or timid if they do not have enough exercise or socialization. Dalmatians are smart but can be stubborn. They respond very well to early, consistent obedience training. Dalmatians need a home with a good sized yard.
